Good teaching is as much about passion as it is about knowledge. It’s about not only motivating students to learn, but also teaching them how to learn independently, and doing so in a manner that is meaningful and memorable. It’s about caring and conveying that passion to everyone, most importantly to your students. Good teaching is about listening, questioning, being responsive, and remembering that each student and class is different. Each student here at Man Sang Kindergarten is an individual and will respond differently to different teaching methods so I believe it is about finding a good balance. At the end of the day, good teaching and learning is about a positive attitude in a knowledgeable environment and for both the parents and students to be able to see the rewards.
